1. I have an idea!
How can I optimize my idea?
Use the Businessmodel canvas on this website to optimize your idea. It makes you think and gives you a proper fundament to initiate the next step. If you made this step and considered the different aspects of the canvas, an appointment with the coordinator Studententrepreneurship is a good follow-up.
Is my idea a good idea?
This is a frequently asked question but is hard to answer. Your idea is only good the moment clients are willing to pay for it. As long as nobody is willing to pay it stays an idea. However, you can try to define as much as possible by, for instance, elaborate a business plan. A good starter for a business plan is the businessmodel canvas.
Consultation
Make an appointment with the coordinator Young Entrepreneurship for a consult about your idea. The coordinator expects that you considered the most important aspects that are featured within the businessmodel canvas. Within this consult you both evaluate the idea and discuss the next steps needed in the process.
How do I acquire an idea/company?
The acquisition of a company is a good option to start as an entrepreneur. Many students decide at the end of their studies whether to continue with their business or to go into another direction with their career. Frequently there is a value built up within the company and a new entrepreneur is required to lead the company. Here, a negotiation is needed in which the conditions under which the transfer will be executed are settled. A complex task is the valuation of the company. For this, one can use the accountancy bureau we created with Kennispark Twente and Deloitte. To make use of this advice center, contact the coordinator Young Entrepreneurship.
